Poor service from Coricraft Sandton

<p>I purchased a dining table, chairs and bar stools from Coricraft Sandton and have been utterly disgusted at the service compared to that of the Fourways Crossing branch. I did not recieve any follow up calls after placing my order and had to phone after 6 weeks to find out where my order is. I am still waiting for a response, its meant to be delivred today but no on ehas called to arrange a time.. When I ordered my bed from the Fourways branch I received calls following up and had my goods delivred wihtin 4 weeks. Why is the Sandton Coricraft service so different and so poor??</p>
