Poor service from Coricraft personnel

False adverti*****t and poor service delivery. Bought a couch, paid cash, expected 6 weeks delivery, now 8 weeks and counting. 3 weeks after purchase, an ad goes out on Facebook, same couch, but showing in stock and available in 10 days. So I phoned 2 branches, asking them if they can (seeing that there is stock) release stock for my sale, to which they rep**** no, only coaches bought on that specific sale would be delivered. Hogwash, poor response, no feedback, emailing each other for follow ups, no personal interest for customer satisfaction. Atterbury and Rustenburg branches.
