Poor Service from Coricraft Group.

So I bought a couch a year back from Coricraft Edenvale, had issues in the beginning with the Scotch guard that was not done, had to complain to get it done even though I paid for it, now the couch is a year old and still under warranty and the sponge tore on the inside of the couch, I contacted a manager named Olga because I had spoken to her previously. She asked me to send photos to and an agent will give me a call to arrange that they could come and fetch the couch to fix, I've send that email twice now, no recognition that it's been received I get no feedback at all. Thought I am buying a couch from Coricraft and would not get poor service, well I was wrong.
