Poor service from Coricraft

I bought furniture at Coricraft Mall Of Africa on Saturday the 22 and I was informed the stock is in their warehouse and it would be delivered by Thursday the 27th which is in 5 days. I phoned the shop today to Cornell delivery and I was now told the furniture would be delivered the next week Tuesday

This is extremely unprofessional, I asked to speak to the manager and he side lined with his sales person that they never promised me a delivery date and that they don’t guarantee delivery dates.

I’m extremely disappointed, I didn’t expect such customer service from a business I was under the impression Is one of the best and I don’t recommend it for anyone.
