Poor Service from Coricraft

I purchased couches prior to the first lockdown from Coricraft and on numerous occasions since, report that there is a problem with my couches, despite promises from various members within the coricraft group to have this issue resolved, to date nothing has happened. We are halfway through a new year and still i sit with these couches and no word from coricraft. Is this how the deal with their clientele? I would have expected this kind of poor service from a less reputable business but I went to coricraft expecting better service and quality but got neither.
