Poor service from Coricraft

I purchase items at Coricraft Mall of the South for quite a large amount of money, which I have paid for in full on purchase. This was on a Sunday afternoon. I was promised that the items will be delivered to me on the Tuesday. I have paid the delivery fee as well, On Tuesday I called to enquire what time the items will be delivered to me only to be informed that they are unable to even find my order on their system. Just for the record: I took a day's leave from work to be able to receive the items. Eventually, I went to the Bedworth Park branch of Coricraft, where they really did their best to assist me and in the end agreed that I may take an item off their floor, since mine was not delivered. I still had to wait for the other items, which they did not have in stock. Evidently the Mall of the South recorded my cell phone number incorrectly, which is why they were unable to trace the order - they never double checked my number with me. On Tuesday, the following week the other items arrived at Bedworth park and I asked someone to collect it for me. It was 3 counter chairs......to top everything, the one chair was incorrectly packed and we were not able to assemble it. So, bottom line, I am still waiting for my full order - it has been almost three weeks now. Well done to Bedworth Park for trying to sort out everything for me, but Mall of the South should honestly up their game.........
