Poor service deliverey

Paid for new cushions for our couch on the 22 June 2021 and was informed it would take up to 6 weeks for them to make them up. It is now 12 weeks and no cushions. We have emailed the Pietermaritzburg shop twice , phoned and called in to the shop and am allways advised that someone would call and provide an up date on when we may receive the cushions. Absolute poor service.
