Poor Service Coricraft Group Online

Do managers even exist at Coricraft? I purchased a santorini corner couch on 30 April. Due to the lockdown manufacturing couldn't start, which I understand. Manufacturing reopened 21 May 2020 at 30%, the couch wouldn't take 10 to 12 weeks anymore, but a little longer. I phoned again the last week in June to follow up, thereafter I was informed that manufacturing will only start 29 June 2020. This is ridiculous!!! Now I must wait for my couch for another 10 to 12 weeks from 29June.

Online Coricraft is a joke!!! Any manager please get back to me because I can't get hold of one...
