Poor Service, Communication, Zero Follow Up

<p>Over six weeks ago I placed an order for a couch, two stools and a tv cabinet. Understandable that the couch was to take 4-6weeks to be made, but at the end of the six week period I received my couch without the stools or the tv cabinet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have since called Coricraft twice (the first time they told me to call back on Monday). On Monday Lauren informed me she would sort it out with Head Office and call me back - I heard nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>Very poor, lackluster effort to appease a disappointed customer who had to wait six weeks to receive a partial order (which has been fully paid for). Expected better. I am now out of pocket with R8000 worth of furniture that I have no idea will even be delivered.</p>
