POOR SERVICE

3 MONTHS ... AND STILL WAITING FOR OUR COUCH !!!! How do they expect people to buy their products if they expect customers to wait more than a 1/4 of a year for furniture !!!!!! Their reply to me is............ well do you want your money back !!! This is after waiting 2 months already, plus the paint colour and other decor was designed around the colour of their grey fabric. And EVERY ONE of their stores have this couch on the floor in the colour that we ordered, so we didn't order any "special" fabric. Their attitude towards their customers has a lot to be desired !!!!! They need to go for some "good customer relations" training.
