POOR SERVICE AT CORICRAFT GEORGE!

With much excitement my husband and I travelled 50 to George on 25 October 2015 to buy a couch. We asked the salesman if the procedure is the same as our previous purchase. He said yes, 50% for them to place the order and the balance when the order arrives. He then informed us this couch is on sale and that we get a discount of R1 500-00. We then confirmed the quote at R15 095 (inc. Scotchg. and delivery) and again confirmed with their salesman that I only pay a 50% deposit. Upon making the payment I was informed that the whole amount is payable because the couch is on sale. The salesman then said that they will take the item off the sale and that we must then pay the full price, which is absolutely ridiculous! Why must I pay R 14 995 for a couch that is R13 495 on sale! It makes no sense to pay the full amount on a product when you wait 6 weeks until you receive it. They had a take it or leave it attitude. When you go on their website and purchase a \Sale"item"
