Poor service and false info

<p>I have ordered a couch from Coricraft Vanderbijlpark at the end of July. I was told my couch will be ready in 3-4 weeks. I have been calling the branch since last week and they telle according to their system mu couch is not ready but they will find out and call me back and no one ever calls me bac**** My couch should have already been ready and no one can give me a reasin as to why it is not. I have also had problems with the delivery of my previous couch. Staff is very friendly and helpful when taking my order and money but then they cannot seem to help me when it comes to my order and delivery! I will never buy from Coricraft again and I want to know what is happening my order now. I have already been caused alot of inconvenience</p>
