Poor service

I ordered a couch at Coricraft Woodmead on the 14th of February 2015,and it was only delivered to me on Saturday,18 April 2015.I was granted the use of a loan couch from Coricraft, which I appreciated.I was however only granted use of this facility,as they took longer on manufacturing my couch than was originally communicated which was 4-6 weeks of order date). However,upon delivery of the couch(two separate occasions of delivery took place),the couch was found to be defective.Both occasions,the couch did not balance (was wobbly) and on the second occasion the material on the couch's one arm was torn and the couch is still not balancing (and this is a brand new couch which was \quality checked").I have had a really bad experience in terms of service delivery from Coricraft and highly doubt that I will ever shop there ever again.As it stands"
