POOR service

I bought a Dinning table and chairs but only received the dining table upon delivery.

I called Coricraft Brooklyn to confirm why, i was told the "Warehouse is not open on Saturday" and that i will get feedback on Monday.

On Monday i received no calls in the morning and i am the one who called AGAIN (before 11 AM) to find out what is going on with the chairs. I was told that it will take 1 -2 weeks for delivery.

I am very frustrated with the service as i was not told the chairs are not in stock upon purchase and i am the one who has to call all the time to find out what is going on.
