Poor service

I am really dissapointed.

As an interior designer i always support Coricraft and always get good products, but now i am getting terrible service. There is no communication s****s.

I app**** for the decorator card 22 May 2018. I received an email saying thank you for the application. It is now 2018/06/25 and i am trying to find out if they received an application, because i haven't heard anything again and online it said "Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your account to be approved." it is now more than a month. So i have gone to 2 coricraft stores to help me and they cant. I Also phoned a lady named Tamzin who works with this and she hasen't rep**** on my emails. I Have a lot of products i would like to purchase from coricraft but unfortunately its just not feesable at this stage. And i receive poor service.
