Poor Service

I had send in a unit for repairs and was promised a turn around time of 72 hours. Received an SMS that confirmed delivery for the 4th between 10 to 11. I have been at home the entire day and no delivery. Tried calling for feed back and no one can help or give me an answer. All i get is we will check and call you back in 10min but it never happens. For every 20 times you call someone finally picks up and with same answer. Today i finally get the answer that the unit was not repaired properly and they can not promise me when i will receive it.<br> It was a simple 20 job which could have been done on site but now turns out to be over a week. <br> <br> This is very poor service and also poor workmanship on the quality they are producing. Very Disappointed and will not be returning.<br>
