Poor quality product- So disapointed

<p>I bought some leather sofas from Coricraft century city branch for 22k,, I believe it was called the Tracey. Within less than a year it was all cracked. Apparently the sofa was not all leather as they claim to only sell 100% genuine leather. For the amount I paid I feel cheated, dissapointed. I sent a complaint via email yesterday and they havent responded- would want to hear what the have to say. I went over some reviews on hello peter and saw another customer who bought the same product and his is also cracked within a year.</p> <p>I hope you would be able to offer some help to rectify this as I don’t understand and accept it should be in a bad state after this period</p>
