Poor quality product
Bought a couch from Coricraft with a 7 year guarantee but after 5 months the cushions we sit on is completely flat and looks bad! After a 2 month struggle to get service and a answer from Coricraft the \best "they can do for me is 25% off new cushions that I must buy from them again!!!!Isn't this why I pay R6500 for a couch so that it must be the best quality and best guarantee/service. Very disappointing. This is not my fault and I feel this is poor quality not neglect/misuse from my side. The couch is still under guarantee and they should replace the cushions for me! Please help"""

Our loose fibre inners require regular puffing and fluffing to maintain the soft comfy feel .
We can however exchange your inners with new loose fibre for you at no additional cost. We also offer a refresh service at our warehouses where the fibre is recycled through our machine and blown into the pockets at the correct weights .
Should you want to change the standard seat from Corifill to foam we can assist you but there is a cost .
Please let me know if we should order a new set of inners or foam for you .
