POOR QUALITY OF FABRIC

Bought a couch from Coricraft sometime in October 2020. When the couch was delivered the workmanship was very poor. the fabric was loose on the couch and needed to be tightened. in November I was than told that they will make a new couch for us, this was great. The new couch was delivered in February 2021 and guess what the fabric is still loose and some cushions came torn. they sent a guy 3 weeks ago to come view the couch he told us that they will have to collect the couch for fixing. For a furniture shop that upholds quality and efficiency I am rather disappointed at the kind of experience received from this Coricraft. When do we start enjoying our couch with these constant issues. I will never buy anything from this shop ever again. thankS but no thanks CORICRAFT. trust me people will know of this experience. YOUR PRODUCTS ARE TO EXPENSIVE FOR THIS KIND OF POOR QUALITY!!!
