Poor quality leather and workmanship
We bought the Savannah Oxblood studs couches on 20 September 2014, stock code: *** shaka 2 div - Milano Mocca studs and *** afrique 2 div for an mount R21 921.05. In July 2015 we had it repaired by coricraft after complaining and having to send it back after the repairs have been done.
We are experiencing the same issue we had repaired previously, with the leather cracking and flaking and now the foam inside the couch is seperating.
I thought with buying from Coricraft we would get value for our money and use our couches for a lifetime but clearly it's not the case.

Your Shaka couch has a Corifill inner which we can remove from your couch and run through our specialised blowing machine at our Stormill warehouse. This is a complimentary service, with just a nominal fee if you wish to add more filling. Please make an appointment by telephoning ***. Another option is to order new foam inners for this design from any of our showrooms.Your couch is made with real leather and, as with any living item, maintenance is key to keeping it in top shape.
