Poor quality, customer service & communication

<p> </p> <p>I purchased a custom made bar stool set of 6 chairs. upon receiving my bar stools at their warehouse in Roodeport, I discovered one of the bar stools legs are broken, I returned the bar stool to Coricraft Design Corner.</p> <p> </p> <p>After 6 Weeks of no communication and trial and error, I collected the "repaired" bar stool only to get back home to see that it is damaged even more that before, now I have a flimsy bar stool and one of the other wooden legs are 4mm shorter than the rest.</p> <p> </p> <p>Highly irritated after a 3 month period, I don’t know what to do. and I paid R12,000.00 for these chairs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore I paid for delivery to my house even though I collected the consignment at their warehouse, they promised to refund my delivery fee, but no success after 3 months.</p>
