POOR QUALITY couch (cover)

Couch cover made fuzz/fluff within 3 months of light use. A quality couch should not do this. I registered a claim but was informed that the guarantee do not cover the couch covers. Also that lint formation is normal and that I should get an electric lint remover. I did and it works somewhat, but the wear on the cover still looks like a couch that is 5 years old and not 6 months. I am VERY dissappointed and will NEVER buy anything from Coricraft again!!!!
