Poor quality bed frames
I bought a bed frame from Coricraft Richards bay in Aug 2022, the horizontal wooden support bar in the middle broke by Oct 2022. I complained and a new bed was delivered and assembled by Coricraft guys. In Mar 2023 the 2nd one started slipping off position, I complained and my salesman advised he’d left Coricraft and I left it. Ever since then I’m struggling with the bed having to align the centre pillars before sleeping. The middle bar has started cracking similar to the first bed. Lately I’ve had to carry the mattress and put it on the floor so I can sleep without having to wake up to the sound of my bed cracking. This whole ordeal has been a terrible and disappointing experience

I have been complaining about this bed since I first bought it and they replaced it only for the replacement to be the same poor quality. Coricraft is selling poor quality furniture and stalls the complaints process and later claim that the item is out of warranty
