Poor quality and customer centricity

I am very disappointed with Coricraft. Bought a leather lounge suite. Visible defects such as torn leather, holes, colour differences etc were overlooked by the factory. The two seater couch is not as per spec to be the same as the corner unit - once again overlooked. An immediate complaint was lodged, two visits to the Northgate branch, countless phonecalls, all efforts ignored. The sales representative and branch manager promises feedback - nothing. We had an untimely visit, without a prior arrangement or appointment by a factory representative at our house whilst we were not there. Further requests to have this sorted, landed on death ears.

Coricraft therefore displays and condones poor quality control and assumes that customers have to accept the poor workmanship and also have to accept a lack of customer centricity displayed by Coricraft staff. This leaves me with no alternative to approach the consumer council and publish my experience to warn all potential customers against poor quality and poor customer centricity.
