Poor quality and bad workmanship

Honestly no such thing as service anymore . After my first set of couches arriving with damaged feet . I was told I would get a new set . The new set arrived over the weekend and guess what . The Same issue as before . They collected the old set and delivered the new set with tye same issue. The workmanship and design is pathetic. Quality is poor really . After paying a huge amount thinking I would have couches for 15 years no problem. It doesn't even make it into my gate and it's broken already . It's Honestly really pathetic. Quality should be off the top shelf but it's not . It's really poor .
