Poor quality and bad customer service
Very poor customer service. We will never buy from Coricraft. My husband and I bought a Manhattan Couch from Coricraft. The sales person did not inform us that the material catches on fluff and bubbles on top of that the stich on one side is coming undone. Within two weeks the couch looked like an old jersey. When we tried to raise the issue we were ignored and told to just buy a clothes shaver. We have tried to follow up to no avail. We will never buy from Corifcraft again.

02 Oct 2022, 18:12 Dear Khuliso M, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. The fabric that you have bought is a polyester, we do explain that pilling may occur for the first few months. Pilling is not a fabric defect. Pilling happens when fibres in the material become loose and the friction caused by movement on the fibres, cause them to ball up. Therefore you'll see pilling on everything from your favorite sweatshirt to an area rug. Pilling is easily treatable. Because pilling is normal, there are tons of tools on the market to help remove pilling if it forms on your fabrics. One of our favorite methods is to use a fluff shaver (or pill removing) tool. It is a handheld device that quickly and effectively removes pilling from nearly any surface. We go over this information with our customers instore, in our care instructions and our terms and conditions. What we can do is send our assessor out to you to give you a demonstration on how to remove the pills. An agent will contact you shortly to set up an appointment.
