Poor product quality from Coricraft.

In 2016 I purchased a large, leather couch from Coricraft for R21,000 Over the following years I noticed that the leather began to loose its elasticity and ugly wrinkles began to form on both the seat cushions and the back rest areas, even though I regularly polished the couch with leather cream or hide food. The leather also became blotchy and unsightly dark marks begun to form on the back rest and seating areas. I contacted Coricraft in Springfield park. I personally spoke to the manageress Mrs O Reilly and also emailed fotos of the unsightly couch to her. Mrs. O Reilly agreed that the leather had not worn well and would pass my complaint on to customer services. After not receiving any correspondence from Coricraft for 2 weeks, I again contacted Mrs. O Reilly, who assured me that she would do everything possible to assist me. A month after bringing the matter to the attention of Coricraft management, I have received absolutely no correspondence, and the matter has not been resolved. It would seem that Coricraft does not believe in or support after sale service. Sincerely, S Bomd.
