Poor Poor Poor Service

We purchased (fully paid) a set of couches from Coricraft in 2015 for R 16,000. We have sent back these couches on three occasions due to faulty frames etc. On two of the three occasions the couches were eventually replaced although we were left without replacement/loan couches for several weeks.

We have now for a third time sent back faulty couches. We have been promised for several weeks that our couches would be fixed/replaced within a week's time since the complaint was raised.....It is now more than a month later and we are yet to receive any feedback (except if we follow up, which also leads to empty promises .i.e. "next week", "next week" etc).

Except for the fact that we are without couches that we have fully paid for, we have also had to phone several times to ask for replacement/loan couches as we cannot fully function as a household without furniture.

My personal experience with Coricraft has reached the stage where I would not purchase any further products from them, nor would I suggest to anyone to do the same. It is very unfortunate as we have purchased several items (over and above the couches from Coricraft), although the service is in my opinion is so far below standard (which is an under statement) that I do not believe it is worth while to do any future business with the group (that does not seem to value their paying customers),
