Poor feedback, not communication, waiting in vane for nothing.
It pains me to write this review since we have been long standing clients of Coricraft for close to 2 decades. In August 2020, just after lockdown, I was browsing for chairs with my wife who recently celebrated a milestone birthday during lockdown. She finally found two Coricraft chairs (The Banks Occassional Chair) which she loved, but I played it down and said they were too expensive (which they were at R7500 each). I convinced my wife that that we'd find something more suitable at another store despite the fact we had been looking for nice chairs for ages already. In the meantime I had asked the manager whether they had stock & was advised that there were over 50 in stock. So I returned on my own the following morning, and purchased 2 chairs for my wife as a surprise, however now I was informed all the chairs had been sold (they sold 50 chairs overnight?). Nevertheless, I paid & ordered the chairs.....well, to cut a long story short 1 month turned into 2 months turned into 3 months turned into the chairs would be ready for collection on Friday. Then that Friday turned into next Friday, which turned into the following Friday. In desperation I looked online and the chairs are no longer available on the Coricraft website....and so we cancelled the order since Coricraft could not give us a straight answer on their delivery. Now we are still waiting for our refund.....communication is terrible from their side. We are just so terribly disappointed that we have wasted 4 months of our time waiting for chairs that were never to materialize in the first place.
