Poor delivery service
Purchased couches from Coricraft and the delivered within 10 working days. They however only delivers half of the L-shaped couch because they said they need a hoist to get it into the apartment. Even though I know through experience that the same size couch can be carried in. We had to go and pay for a hoist (R500) and arrange a new delivery date. Date and time period was arranged and the just did not show up after numerous calls. So we are still with half a couch and extra expenses. This is extremely bad service that we paid extra for.

I apologise for the delays. Our Elliot corner unit is a rather big unit . The height of the couch is normally the reason that it doesn't get in to every home easily but the length also adds to the delivery problems . Once its in and set up I'm certain that the generous proportions will give you many years of comfort .
