Poor Customer Service

We bought a set of tables and chairs on 06/11/2022 with no further costs outstanding. Since then, Coricarft in Mall of Africa has failed to arrange delivery because their system (incorrectly) says that there is an amount still due. We have called and gone to the branch to resolve it - they are apologetic, but their system keeps giving the wrong information to their delivery team. This has been a very disappointing experience, and we will likely not have the furniture before Christmas. Will not recommend.
