Poor customer service

Unfortunately when nothing gets done you have to resort to alternative measures. I purchased a coffee table obline which is too big for my lounge, I emailed on the 2nd of September and again on the 9th of September, will numerous failed attempts to speak to someone at the call centre. I received a phone call to finally organize for the item to be returned but I asked if she could please call back in 5 minutes as I was busy, she hasn't called me back. I do not want to exchange the table, I would like a full refund as you have wasted so much of my time. The Reference number for the order is SMS004603 Sort it out please.
