Poor customer service and poor quality product

I am truly disappointed at the service I received from Coricraft Greenstone in Edenvale. I bought a Koda Fully Up Slouch LT from them in November 2019 and the fabric started running just 6 months after it was delivered. I went in store and the sales lady who helped me buy the couch Matsidiso_Makaleni Moloi told me to take a picture and send them an email and they will have this resolved within 4 working days. It has been a month since I have been sending her endless emails regarding feedback and I have not received any communication. Its amazing how one got a speedy response when they were trying to make the sale now that they have I am not valued.
