Poor customer service

I am completely dissatisfied with Coricrafts poor service. My couch was purchased in March, the sales person did not advise that selecting a luxury material provide a risk of the fabric bubbling. This started within 3 months. The fabric was also too loose on my slouch, I had requested that the collection be done at a certain time as I do not live near work, this request was blatantly ignored, whereby they arranged pick up for a different time. Sms's confirming pick up are sent after the department closes, therefore the timeslot cannot be changed. I was told that my couch would take less than a week to repair. I called after a week and was told that my couch was ready for delivery and that they would contact me. A week has passed without such response. I would never recommend Coricraft to anyone!!! I have now been inconvenienced for two weeks with not having a full couch.
