Poor carpets and services from coricraft.

I bought a carpet from coricraft and after 1 wash, the colour changed and it was just off. I called the store to inform them and they said they will report the matter with their head office. The head office said it’s the East London store that is at fault as they were supposed to tell me how to wash the carpet and they did not. Therefore theres nothing they can do about it.
