poor build quality and poor service

We received a poor-quality couch (Kirtsy 4-Seater Slipcover couch) that is bowed like a banana from the factory. When someone sits on it. the other side of the couch will lift up and wobble!!!! We tried to get it resolved and their only response was that we have to get 3 people to complain before they will do anything about it. I don't understand why I have to wait for someone else to complain before I can get service. I am not asking for refunds, I just wanted my new couch to be fixed! You cannot trust their build quality and their service is even less trustworthy!
