Poor Aftersales Service

I purchased sofas from Coricraft in September 2020. They were delivered on the 15th of December 2020. The sofas were scratched upon delivery. I contacted Coricraft immediately and was advised to send an email to info@coricraft stating the issue. I sent the email on the 15th of December and have received no feedback whatsoever.

What a disappointing experience.
