I purchased a santorini daybed recently (along with a leather lounge suite and coffee table). They had it made with the material i chose. It arrived without enough cushioning. I had the cushion sent back the base remained at my house. This was 1st week of December. since then have not heard from them. I have called Charlotte and Marette a number of times at the branch who promise to call back but no one does. Marette just passes the buck. Charlotte responded once to say "it should arrive this week or next". When asking can't you find out when exactly she tells me to wait she can't find out. It never did arrive. I call back the following week and she says we "assume" it will come this week without anyone making an effort to really find out. I am sick of their assumptions. Can some one just find out when i will will be getting the product. I am sitting with half a couch for 6 weeks. The excitment of receiving a new piece of furniture completely made a horrible experience by Coricraft Polokwane.
