Peeling genuine leather couches

After purchasing 2 couches for R40 k and after 3 swopouts of genuine leather couches, I am disappointed to report that the coricraft couches which was replaced last year is now 'peeling'. After numerous emails to coricraft, my concern has not been addressed. How can real leather peel???
