Coricraft Umhlanga is the store in question. I purchased 2 leather couches on 24 December 2023 and paid upfront. Subsequently one of the couches were returned for repairs. After the repair everything was fine. The second couch is now fading on one arm. The issue was reported to the store via email with pictures. The salesperson responded by saying that the fabric or leather is not guaranteed. How can a assessment be made by photographs. Should they not send out a person to assess the status of the claim.
