Pathetic Support

Received the most pathetic service in the history of mankind from the Somerset West Branch of this group.

Ordered new Cushions for two Couches almost 12 x weeks ago. Every person involved tries to shift the blame with no one taking ownership and/or responsibility for their actions.

Such a pity, I shall definitely not return to the store ever again!!
