Pathetic service, non-existent quality, stock & Management control

We bought furniture from Coricraft to the value of roughly R 20 000. There were so many problems with the furniture, that over a period of 2 years we had to send back bad quality and incorrect deliveries 5 times. The entire experience was a long drawn out nightmare. The details are too much to list here. Suffice it to say it can be summarised with one word:Pathetic! I will never buy anything from Coricraft ever again!
