Pathetic service from Corricraft

Purchased a lounge suite from the mall of the south store 8 weeks ago. Cost in excess of R40k. Absolutely shocking service from Keketso the sales Agent. She never gave us feedback on the status of the order, lost our contact details. Now the couches are done and Corricraft wants a delivery fee of R750, which Keketso confirmed was included in the purchase price. She also confirmed our delivery address would be updated once the couches were at the warehouse. Never happened. Tried contacting Keketso and store manager Adolf today 13 September. Both are now available 😡. No regional manager to take my call when I called the customer service on ***
