Pathetic service from Coricraft

I have been receive pathetic service from Coricraft Online. I bought a coffee table and desk from them in the middle of January. I still do not know whether they have stock of the item or not. Everytime I call them they tell me they will find out and call my back, to date they have not called me. They also have not confirmed a delivery date of any of the items. I have sent them an email requesting a refund and have not received a response to my email either. I do not understand how a company can treat its clients like this.
