Pathetic service

I am horrified at the pathetic level of 'service' I have received from a brand I previously regarded highly. They took two months to deliver an item, only when I complained about not hearing from them. I'm sure I would not have heard from them if I didnt contact them. They got the delivery address wrong, & didnt respond to an emailed complaint. They then proceeded to arrange for a delivery between 2 & 4pm today, to arrive at 7.15pm stating they had a meeting in the morning which delayed all deliveries for the day- no notifications or apologies received. My bed was assembled after 8pm tonight!!! Terrible experience
