Pathetic service and ridiculous lead time
So disappointed. I ordered a couch (R 12 000) and was informed that it would take 5 weeks for delivery (which is already insane and unacceptable) but I prepared and organised everything around this lead time. At 5 weeks they let me know it would still take 2 more weeks for the couch to arrive. By the end of week 5 the couch was not even done yet. Pathetic service. No one can explain to you why it's taking so long. I am so upset I made use of this place won't make the same mistake again.

22 Nov 2024, 17:57Actually, I ordered my sofa at the start of Oct and delivery has been pushed again. In fact the sofa isn't even out of factory yet and NO ONE can actually tell me why that is the case. On top of that Coricraft refuses to take accountability.
It is unacceptable that a comapny as big as Coricraft takes 7 weeks to make a sofa. I would ask for a refund but I'm sure I'll only receive it in like 6 months.
Would never ever recommend.
