PATHETIC SERVICE AND JOKE OF A COMPANY

If I could give a minus rating I would. What PATHETIC SERVICE!!!! A joke of a company!!!

We bought a bed on 04/07/2021. On 08/07/2021 when it was delivered, it had parts missing and were taken back. We were promised our new bed on the following Tuesday 13/07/2021. The 13th came and went, without any feedback from Coricraft.

Thursday 15/07/2021 my husband called enquiring about the bed. He was called back on 16/07/2021 being informed that he did not want the bed to be delivered this week. We have been sleeping on a mattress only for more than a week.

This company can just as well close all their doors.

WILL NEVER EVER do business with them again. Asked for a refund and will see how that will turn out.
