Pathetic service

Beyond pathetic and no service level, we purchased a TV unit and coffee table in 2020 and the service level from Keke - sales consultant was horrific. The coffee table broke and we started a process of getting a refund in Oct 2021, the run around and no-one ever calling us back is beyond frustration and has angered me to no end, speaking to managers Adolf and other customer service agents has failed to help us get a refund, I will never set a foot in Coricraft ever again, they are dead and buried to me such poor service or should i rather say no service.
