Pathetic Service!!!!!

I ordered new covers & inners. I was told an estimated date of delivery which we moved on due to me being away. Even with the extra time given my order was still not ready!! I was then informed my covers had not arrived from Cape Town yet however my inners were done. So we then moved the delivery date on yet again. Suddenly my order was ready for delivery and I could expect it on Saturday 02 April. When the delivery truck arrived they only had my cushion inners and NOT ONE cover!!!!<br> <br> According to the delivery guys \it must have just been an accident that they didn't load it onto the truck\". However it is now Wednesday and yet NO ONE can tell me where my covers are or why I do not have them..... Which now turns out they were only actually completed on 04/04. Which means everyone who said my order was ready ****!!!!! <br> <br> I was then told yesterday afternoon by Penny they were sent with dawnwing and would be at head office by 16:30 yesterday and delivered to me today. And of course no one calls me back to give me feedback, I have to call to follow up and turns out my covers are STILL not there!!!! <br> <br> I WANT MY COVERS!!!!!!"
