Pathetic service
The service from Coricraft is absolutely pathetic.
Promises are made and not kept. Employees at the call center are rude and cannot resolve issues. Employees at the Rustenburg branch make empty promises.
The detail: we bought a bed and mattress at Coricraft Rustenburg on 2 June, the 2 employees there made it clear that we can expect delivery in 4 weeks. After following up we were told it is 4 to 6 weeks. And that it will definitely be delivered within the timeframe. It is now going for 7 weeks and still no delivery scheduled and no feedback from Coricraft.

It has not been resolved, they delivered the bed however all the hooks to connect the bed are facing upwards, we are awaiting our new bed as Blessing, the guy who Set up the bed and driver, promised us and also he told us to write it on the delivery receipt that he will give you guys. When can we expect the new bed to arrive with all hooks being correct and the bed not wobbling if you touch it?
